What’s the Electrical Cabinet Gasket Casting Machine Advantage?
Electrical Cabinet Gasket Machine basic on the Foamed (Form) – in-place foam gasket technology or cure in place foam gasket technology, it is used to mix and dispense two-component polyurethane foam materials directly onto the surface of objects/parts. Electrical Cabinet Gasket Machine replaces the traditional method of tape affixed, and the surface crust uniform and excellent flexibility.
The Electrical Cabinet Gasket Machine is adapted for a polyurethane gasket sealing operation on a flat surface. Polyurethane is a two-component material and is produced by mixing polyol (component A) and isocyanate (component B). In polyurethane dispensing system A and B components are metered, mixed, and dispensed into a groove or onto a flat surface at room temperature in the Formed-in-Place-Foam-Gasket (FIPFG) process for the production of polyurethane foam gasket.
The system of Electrical Cabinet Gasket Machine control is based on powerful industrial CNC units with linear, circular, and helical interpolation. The system has an operator-friendly interface with a WINMAN PC of all the operating parameters. Quick programing experience for simple geometrical gasket contours such as rectangular, circular, or U-formed gaskets.
